Which is more important, truth or happiness?

Most of the people like to make others happy with their fake words. Just Imagine, If you need to say the truth to your bestie, but that word won't make him/her happy. That time what would you say lie or truth?

Telling the truth is important it can make them sad at they moment but the will be happy for longtime but If we tell the lie then we will make them to live in fakeness and it's not good. So telling the truth is always better.

If a lie save someone life without hurting or harming others it called as " White lie" ( harmless lie). And White lies are acceptable because we say it to avoid hurting someone.
