    Which are the three habits improve our life?

    There is a saying " We are what we repeatedly do" which means our habits make us who we are. There are lots of daily habits that could enhance our life. but there are some of the habits that stand out from the rest and give us a huge change in life. Can you guys list down the three habits that really improve our lives?
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    If you need improve your life styles you must do lot of things, my suggestions

    Early Morning Workout / Exercise - This will help to generate new energy for your body.
    Eat Healthy Foods - This will help to improve you body and mind stamina
    Have a Good Engage - This will help to do the good things/works.

    Thanks for sharing these habits , the above three are most essential habits in our life. waking up early and arranging our bed also a good habit. It will make us more organized person.other than that Having a hobby also a good habit that will make us more creative.

    Yes your are right, if we need change in our selves, we start it from our bed because that's we start our day.
