After long day work.I use to take a small nap to relax myself that helps to reduce my stress. I think sleeping is good as it will relax our body and mind.
True Janushan, Small naps help us to refresh our mind and body. But If I am extremely tired my small nap become long sleep so I avoid taking naps and do walking or listening to music.
