Mind relaxation is essential for today’s life. Our mind and body are stressed out because of workload and many other things. It is crucial for us to calm ourselves down to increase our productivity because stress kills productivity. I do have some tried and tested methods, which I like to do when I am in stress or feel depressed.

Sleep is very important. aim for 7- hours a night
Watch a movie
Read a good books
Look at a happy photos
Watch a funny videos
