    How to convert bad habits into Good habits ?

    Bad habits interrupt our life and prevent you from accomplishing your goals.They destroy our health both mentally and physically and they waste our time and energy.

    Then why do we still do them ? And most importantly,is there anything you can do about it?

    Most of the bad habits are caused by Stress and boredom.you don't eliminate a bad habit you replace it with a good habit.

    Here is a way to replace a bad habit in to good habit.


    • Identify the habit (Expose it as an adversary)
    • Discern the habit(write down why you think it originally became a craving)
    • Break the cycle (try to reduce your addiction)
    • Make a public Pledge(If it isn't a serious habit tell a friend)
    • Replace with a positive alternative(establish a good habit valuable to your life)



    PS:Folks,share your hacks as well
    You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

    Every human being has good habits as well as some bad habits too.
    Few example for the bad habits are
    1.Drinking alcohol
    2. Smoking
    3. Cheating other
    4. addicted for drugs
    5.Robbery
    How to recover there are problems solutions to solve it .
    Medications
    Doing exercise
    Yoga
    Involving New activities

    True , we have to replace our bad habits with good habits so that we can achieve our goal easily.

    Most importantly, If we have bad habits that could affect others in bad and painful way then we have to think our-self in their shoes to stop us from hurting even more.
