In my opinion, meditation is one of the hardest to practice. Because it is difficult, you will be mentally strong. It is more difficult to sit for an hour and do nothing than to do something. So if we practice meditation, we can be mentally strong. What do you think about meditation?
I have tried many times to do meditation but I couldn't do it continuously. But its true meditation increase our focus and strengthen our mental health. Hope with practice I will learn the art of meditation.
