The biggest weakness I have identified within me is that, If there is any task to be completed by me I want to complete and finish it off more quickly. It is some kind of a good thing. But the most worst thing is I am getting stressed with those tasks when completing them quickly.
I also have this issue. I always stress myself to finish the tasks on time which take toll on my health.
You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.
