    We are living in a digital age surrounded by smart devices and connectivity, where everybody wants to get smarter, faster. So here are 6 useful ways to train your brain.

    1) Do regular Exercise
    2) Every day read something new
    3) Write down your new ideas
    4) Practice the art of deep listening
    5) Come out of your comfort zone
    6) Have regular practice to do something different

    You can try one day atleast 30 mins or an hour mediation and then do your routine works as usual. Defiantly you will get new feel and your brain work very quickly.
