I am sharing my experience with you. Usually, I wake up around 5.40 a.m. I used to maintain my routine. What I did unusually I was starting to read an article in every morning, which was satisfactory. Because my mind got refreshed. I felt very fresh in the morning and start my day freshly without any single distraction/fed-up. It’s an amazing experience to me. That's why I’m continuing that habit for every day in my life. When my past, I won’t wake up, I have felt a lot of tension and irritating. But nowadays I spending a few times to read the article to keep My mind relax and peaceful, It gives me a freshness to do my work, That day I am very joyful and happy throughout the day.

It's a nice habit Katren, I usually wake up at 5:00 am and make my bed by folding the bed sheets and arranging the pillows neatly. After that i spent 15 minutes to read motivational quotes of shridi sai baba and jay shetty.I aslo spend 20 minutes for morning walk . This way i start my day daily.
