Stop Pointing Fingers! It is useless.

The unpredictable human nature assumes that the fault s and failures in the life are due to the interruption of someone. Our human mentality never admit our own weaknesses. When a person start to blame and criticize others ,then he is avoiding accountability towards his own life.We should be ready to take ownership of our own mistakes else it takes time and energy away.

We may have blamed parents for our wrong decisions.Friends for our misconduct and less performance.Teachers for our poor progress and low marks. In case we forget to clear out that we also have a part in everything we have gone through so far. There is non other than to blame accept ourselves.Rather than trying to point out others, it is more productive to search our own past and find what caused our faults.

Blaming others for not being prepared is a simple solution which won’t solve anything.

Very true, we always try to blame others for our mistakes,Because we are not ready to bear our own mistakes.
While reading your post the below quote came to my mind.

You're not going to master the rest of your life in one day. Don't stress. Master the day. Make this a daily reminder.

Many people can be the reason for your success. But you are the only one responsible for your failure.
    Let's be the change

True words! But I think this type of mentality would change with their experience and maturity. Blaming others and complaining constantly are actually steps towards our failure.
We shouldn't forget the other 3 fingers when pointing others
Do what is RIGHT, NOT what is EASY!
