There are mothers migrate to abroad for work to balance the economy of the family. When they leave their children under the responsibility of father or any other relatives, there are chances that child get abused. What is the reason that these type of children get targeted more in child abuse?

I can't say it's completely true, but the ratio proves there is high chance of it. I can say however the father cares most, there is something only she can share with her mother. Mothers should concern this before they went abroad.
