    Exclamation Beware: ADJUST YOUR VOLUME!

We can see most of us uses headphones/earphones to listen to our favorite music, videos etc. Most time we increase the volume too high while we enjoy the sound. But gradually we get accustomed to the high volume level. If we can hear the sound from a person's headphone/earphone outside, it indicates the sound is too loud, over an extended period it can lead to permanent hearing loss.

The volume, measured in decibels (dB), and the duration of time that one is exposed to the sound decides the amount of hearing loss that can cause. Most portable stereo music systems produce sound in the range of 95-108 dB(deciBel) at level four and in excess of 115 dB at level eight.

Sound at 85 dB or below is considered safe!!!!. Exposed to sounds greater than 90 dB for an average of eight hours per day without hearing protection, hearing loss will most likely result. So protect your ears from hearing loss.
    Let's be the change
