Robin Sharma said the leadership is not a title or any other fancies. It's all about the "Mindset." It's true and I agree with that. What he mentioned in the leadership 2.0 fundamental is totally different. Yes, not only the influence, impact or creativity we need to install the proper mindset, that will help us to become a best leader. In nutshell, If you have the passion and the proper mindset, you will become the best of the best leader. Finally I would say, the way of thinking is the most important thing to be a better leader.
