How to reduce my weight?
I want some good effective ways to reduce weight because I spent morning time on a workout. still, I didn't reduce my tummy fat. Please give quality methods to me. (Food, Exercise, Play and etc)
Last 3 months ago I was thin but nowadays I become fat. I also have a haemoglobin problem as well.
Please give a better suggestion to me to reduce the tummy fat.

Here are some tips to loose weight
- Take high-protein foods in your breakfast
- Drink a glass of water half an hour before your meals
- Avoid sugary drinks and foods as soon as possible
- Eat your food slowly and eat in small plates
- Drink coffee or tea often.
