Why are people in their late twenties anxious to figuring out their lives and career?

I have seen many people in their late twenties want to settle down as soon as possible.They want a perfect life partner and a well earned career for them.
They are so anxious about their lives and careers.I don't know the reason for this anxious behavior.


Can you guys explain me why people are so anxious to set a perfect live and career in their late twenties?
