How to overcome our laziness though I know it'll make things worse?

We know that things won't come to us. We have to get up and save our own life. Still we stay lazy and continue to worse things up. How can we overcome this midlife crisis?

Generally it is the problem that everyone faces. Not everyone can function in the same way every single day.however, some strong opinions influence it.
Here some reasons

Diversity of good habits
Drudgery
Insomnia
Don't performe the right exercises.

So let's focus on these practice. That helps to recover from laziness.

Waking up early and start the day with a good exercise helps us to stay energetic throughout the day.

We need to bath everyday to keep ourselves clean . Same thing about motivation. We should take some motivational pills everyday to keep us moving

That was really motive. Thanks for the bitter truth. It scares me a lot recently. I'm thinking too much but nothing in action yet. If I don't act now then I will worry later in my life. I'll start again from the beginning.

Try to Start this habit on Monday So You can keep it throughout the week. If you can follow a habit for one week then you can easily get adapt to it. Monday is the first day of the week so If we start any new habit on Monday automatically we try to follow it in the upcoming days as well. Give it a try, It will help you.

It should scare you. You should be worried if it doesn't. So you're ok. You're procrastinating I suppose. I do that when I'm fed up or bored with something. Find something that excites you and makes you wake up every day for it. That will give you a goal.

If you ask me, I've mastered procrastination for everything. Despair is all that's left out of it. Reading all your messages, gives me hope. Gives me hope to take one step further towards my aimless life.I have a goal and I'll walk towards it.

Keep a reminder with note on your most visible spot. It will remind you all the time and keep you active. Laziness arise when we forgot our necessary things. It will keep you active I think.

Yes Shana I usually procrastinate things when I fed up with things that happening around me.
