It can uncomfortable --rough ,itchy ,and gray or ashy in color .
It may feel tight ,especially after you shower ,bathe ,or swim .
You may have unusual redness and lines and cracks in the skin ,sometime deep enough that they Bleed.Many things can cause it,

Higher chances are like dehydration or the skin dead or damaged from the UV rays! I always recommend or follow this stuff to my wife, Not sure its applicable for everyone! But, it will NOT harm your skin for sure :)Quote:

1) Drink more and more spring or well water
2) use the correct moisturizer based on ( dry or oil) your skin
3) use recommended sunscreen if you are going out
4) use cotton fabrics to protect your skin from the UV rays.
5) try natural face pack least one, exfoliate or scrub twice a month ( i do this for my wife )
6) Avoid junk foods, do proper routine exercises.
Again, most of the men's love to see women with natural look without artificial makeups! Be your own, you will be loved by everyone for sure :)

To get rid of this I suggest you to use a good body lotion daily. It may not overcome the problem totally but it may reduce the problem.

Why what is the problem for a men to follow these tips? I think these can be followed by men too. But normally men's skin (legs, hands where dry skin mostly we can see) are covered with hairs. But they may also face the problem.Quote:

So here are the things I follow myself
