What are some unwritten social rules everyone should Know?

We all have freedom,But rarely have the freedom to do "Anything".As a human we are a social animal, Even though there is a sense of individuality and personal space,It has to co-exist with a society view, We have some unspoken and unwritten social rules in our society.


Guys what are the unwritten social rules that everyone should know?

Hi Dear,

I think these are some examples:
1. speaker phone is not made for public use.
2. don't be late for anything
3.cover your mouth coughing and sneezing.
4. use thank you/ sorry/ excuse(required)
5. Don't make a fun someone's laugh

Here are few:
Chew with your mouth closed. No needs to hear your crunching.
Never travel in a bus by laying down fully on the seat
Don't use just "k" to say Ok while chatting.
Be quiet while other people are sleeping
Spit your chewing gum into the dustbin after having that.

Patience (wait for your turn)- we all loose it in a jiffy when someone or something gets on to our nerve. Its is not easy for any of us to put a lid on our steaming minds due to several unethical happenings. A busy morning, a nagging boss at the office

Agree shivani, Patience is very important for life, I personally believe patience and hope are the most important driving force in our life.

I agree with all the above points except the bus travel one, This is very new to me, I don't know it's a unwritten society rule.

2. Fidgeting or adjusting wardrobe
3. Do not itch in public (irrespective of the place in your body)
4. Patience (wait for your turn)

How to Love others and respect others cannot be written in papers. It should be written in our heart from childhood
