What do you feel about your coffee addiction?

Hello Friends,

I am a coffee addict ,I love to drink as much as coffee I can in a day.
It’s like a refreshment for me, But too much of anything is not good for health.


Are you a coffee addict? What do you feel about it?

Earlier i was a big coffee addict but i control it. Because caffeine is a stimulant to the central nervous system, and regular use of caffeine does cause mild physical,social or economic health the way addictive drugs do.

I love coffee too. I would like to taste different types of coffees. In my life I have tasted neraly 10 types of coffee. A tip tip to you is don't drink coffee after lunch time. It's not good for health.

People become addicted to it due to the taste I guess. I hate plain coffee but love the coffee that my mother used to make with all those herbs included in it, the aroma just takes me away in breath!

You're right caffeine is not good for health,I reduce the amount of coffees I drink in a week,But have to reduce a bit more.

Same pinch,Me too like to taste different varieties of coffees,Till now i taste 5 or 6 types of coffees,Thank you for your advice buddy and I never drink coffees in the afternoon.I love to drink it in the mornings and evenings sometimes in the night.

Can we make coffee with herbs? I didn't know about it.I think I should taste your mom's "Herbs Coffee".Agree mother's preparations are always best.:)

Yes you it tastes really Good, I'll ask her the recipe and let you know. Maybe you should drink it sometimes.

You shouldn't become addicted to it, reduce the amount of coffee you consume daily because once you become addictive to it it would be hard to get rid of the habit.

I used to drink coffee right after lunch, can you tell be the disadvantages of coffee drinking after lunch?
