Which is better, studying until late at night or studying in the early morning?

Which is better, studying until late at night or studying in the early morning?

Hello Students!

Everybody have their own choices according to their nature. Some students do not feel comfortable at night so they like to study early morning. In short we can’t change others opinion because everybody have their own feeling and they know better about themselves.

Most of you guys are students I hope, yes!
CAN YOU GUYS TEL LME WHICH ONE YOU PREFER THE MOST, LATE NIGHT STUDIES OR EARLY MORNING STUDIES?

I prefer to do my studies in the day time. It is the most fresh time for me.

I'm a late sleeper neraly it's like 12 or 1 am but really it's not good for our health. We need to talk sleep before 11 pm because at that time our mind works on relax and also our immunity system function properly. So better avoid late night studies wake up early and try to practice in morning. Still I'm practiceing... ☹️

So I guess you're okay with late night studies. And have seen some people who used to sleep during the daytime and wake up at night and do late night studies!

I prefer early morning studies,In the morning you will get a complete silence So you can concentrate more on your studies.Without any distractions.

Early morning studies are always good. Earlier I was an early riser, whatever I studied was in my memory for long time. But now I became a night owl and I can feel the difference. Early morning studies is better.

I'm a night owl and I prefer working in the night than in the morning.
I could stay awake until early morning, but I can't wake up at early morning sharp. That's the problem.
Night time gives me peace in mind so I just prefer to be the owl!

Yea that sounds good. Studying at night is good too it depends on different people!

Yah... basicaĺly that's the reason to prefer day time. I can start it from 6.am of the day and continue it until 10-11p.m actually... but after that If either I stay without sleepy I can't keep anything In my memory😆

No I usually not fall asleep in the morning I can wake at 1 am and study continuously but can't stay awake and study after 11pm. So usually I study till 10 pm then wake up at 2 or 3 am to continue my studies.

True Assassin we should go to bed before 11 pm. we need to give rest to our body and brain from 11 pm to 3 am because in this time period our brain tend to take rest. If we awake and do work at this time period our brain will not get the needed rest and become more tired which is not good for our health.
