How do you learn to say "NO"?

Sometimes we wish we could put our feet down and say "NO". When someone asks us something we feel compelled to agree to them. But sometimes we should say "NO" for our good. Can you guys tell me how do you learn to say "NO"?

We've all gone through that phase in life. After years of telling things which people want to hear, I've learned to say things which I wanted to convey and that also includes 'NO'.

I'll tell you guys a secret I've learned by myself!
