Why the eliminator plugins are troubling !

Why the eliminator plugins is troubling . Most of the time I was in trouble because of this eliminator . It takes too much time for loading. Someone give me a better solutions.

01.I was enable the " safe-mode "
02. reactivated the WordPress default theme .
03.reset the .tactless file .
04. Reinstall whole plugins , deactivate then activate whole plugins.
05. Site cash was clear.
06. Hosting also speed.
07. Permission files also checked .

but nothing have changed. :confused:
