What are the consequences of being alone all the time?

Loneliness, stress, depression are some of the major factors that is killing everyone within, but some do love being lonely! Even though loneliness is the first step of depression some yes, they do love it especially people in recent break ups!

If you stay alone all the time it will make you stress & depressed and you become away from the real world which will increase your social anxiety
