Why do we have emotions ?

Hi everyone ,

Mental illness often result from excess emotion.The overflow of emotions does't just drive mood disorders like major depression but fuels most psychological problems:phobias ,anxiety ,trauma,hoarding,obsessiveness,borderline personality disorder & drug & alcohol abuse.

could you someone share hoe to control your emotions ? thumb;;:)thumb;;:)

2. Seek for right guidance
3. Find a healthy outlet
4. Replace your thoughts with positivity
5. Forgive your emotional triggers

1. Diverting your thoughts from your current emotions
2. forgive the person or incident for your emotion
3. Find a healthy way to outlet your emotion
4. Get guidance from your family or friends
