- Take a lightweight luggage carrier
- Wear comfortable clothes

- Take enough amounts of breaks in your journey
- Keep on track with your roads
- Be prepared for the weather change
- Use earplugs to avoid extreme pressure
- Eat well but avoid heavy foods
- Finally, keep yourself motivated for the trip.
