Do you guys accept this statement? A recent research has shown that people tend to smoke in order to increase their energy and relieve themselves from stress. If smoking could relieve us from stress, is it okay to smoke during certain situations?

It depends..
I just need a tea or plane tea to feel fresh during heavy works.
Some people need smoking..
It is about what you get addicted to first. You surely need any stressbuater...After all everything is addiction..

Smoking can give momentary relief from stress but it's not a stress reliever actually it's a life killer.
