What do you mostly share on social media?

Every one of us uses social media for a different purpose like some use social media to connect with new people, some for a chat with their friends, some for sharing knowledge and some for personal branding. Thus, according to our purpose, we share things on our social media. So guys, what do you usually share on Social Media?

I use social media to connect with my friends and family and also for seeking trends news and updates, so i didn't share much on social media, just share wishes and greetings only
