Does Wearing Spectacles Worsen Our Eyesight?

Hi Guys!:)

Nowadays I used to wear spectacles while I work and I feel like it would bring side affects in the future. I feel like my eyes are getting inside. I really don't know whether I'm imagining it myself or whether it is real.

Could you guys give me a solution for this, maybe a natural way I could follow to avoid wearing spectacles? I don't know if tips do exists for this! if you guys know please let me know!

Continuously wearing glasses can cause eye strain and fatigue and it can worsen the refractive errors.But I'm not sure whether it's damage the eyesight or not.
