What is Crypto Tax? Are Cryptocurrencies Taxable?

I heard that cryptocurrencies consider as property, so, they are taxable. This means, can cryptocurrencies be taxed in the same way as other assets? Guys, please share your knowledge regarding Crypto Taxes in the comments!
