Is society is the reason for parents restricting their girl child ?

Hello Friends,

Even though having full trust on their girl child. Still Parents are not allowing them to work late or came home in the office vehicle
Because the neighbors/society will talk bad about the girl.


Is it correct to restrict the girl child because of the society?

How can we change this narrow minded society?

Hello,
Simply, We cant change the way how society thinks. But we should have the ability to do our works without worrying what the society thinks about us. If we are doing good always what is the purpose of worrying about the way society thinks.

Soceity is not something around us.. we are a part in soceity too. We have to start the change , we should not hear what others say and we should do what is correct for our conscience

Totally Agree with you Karikaalan,As you said we are a part of society,And we have to be the change,But when we try to be the change our parents stop us in the name of society.At that time what can we do? After all our first priority is our family right so we automatically give in to our family wish.

I thing why we change for this society?it's not possible,don't worry about society thinks.
however Why parent are not allowing for late came in house ,Because of today mostly crimes based on women
(Rape,madder) so girls please be consider care about you secure .

You're right parents are concern about our safety.But they should allow us to follow our passion.

I understand that It is hard to overcome family. We can just try explain that we are soceity . If not possible , be the change when you are a parent..
