What are the protection ways of Intellectual Property?

Intellectual property is not a physical property. Books, Movies, Paintings, Inventions, Computer programs are some of the non physical properties of us.
How can we secure those things?spider;;:)

Your question is not so clear to me. If I were to answer to what I felt, I have to take 2 scansions and answer

1. When you are the one who is getting those Trade Marks, Patents, etc. it automatically has its own legs binding and protection mechanisms and documentation. Anyone violating it, can be taken in to a legal proceeding.

2. If you are talking about you protecting other peoples' Trade Mark, Patents, etc, inside your company, then you have to come up with policies and procedures to adhere for the regulations requirements.
