Sudden Changes in Plans make you irritating or not?

Sometimes when we stick to the plans, there is sudden change in plan make you suffer. When it is a team event it may lead to collision too. You may sacrifice or alter some plans that already you works for this plan. Do you ever experience this type of sudden changes in plans? What are the reasons behind this sudden changes?

Yes @assassin I too have experienced such situations.It really makes us stress full and we wouldn't have any idea on what to do next.If you are travelling a long way for the sake of such plans it makes situations even worse.

That's true, we force our mind to rapidly make solutions which is a great headache. Who need take responsibility for this do you think??

Actually the organizers should make sure there will not be any last minute plan changes. They should consider everyone before deciding changes. Or proper notification should be given as earlier as possible to change the plan, so that others couldn't get affected.

Yes it is, I agree with you. When It become an team event everyone are part of it so everyone must get notified about it. They need to verify that all the participents get updated or not to avoid the issues. Do you have any sollution, how to make sure everyone get updated or not??

Changes on plans aren't made purposely, being a part of a team you need to adopt for the changes. When plan A fails go with plan B that's the tradition.

But that's not possible for every plans @joker.What if we are in situation where we cannot adopt to plan B?

But when there is a change made it is a responsibility to inform every members of the team, that's the quality of a team leader. Plan A or Plan B, I has to be tried. Atlast momnet announcing Plan B not Plan A will be a solid failure!

To be a successful person in society you need to practice quick responses for changes. Take this as better practice for tomorrow.

To be successful in current society you need to react quick response for sudden changes rather than get upset. Better take this as good practice.

Hey don't ask silly question. We have the facility to communicate immediately. If you have a group event, definitely you will have a social media group for executing the plan with those group members. Why don't you communicate in those groups.

I ask this quetion to get to know your thoughts, in social media all the time all the members will be present or not?? What about the offline people? Think about it @Adiza , they also a part of a team right!

Why don't they contact through phone calls? I think your team organizers have all members' contact numbers. So if any one is offline they can make a call.

Because of some unavoidable circumstances,we have to make some sudden changes in our plans,In such situations we have to think from others prospective and try to understand the situations. we should find a alternative solution for it.

Yes it is, when we think about any changes it's necessary to ask for the members by default. When sometimes it leads to catastrophic error by multiple solution from others.

I accept your point Assassin, While making changes organizers should ask opinions from each and every members, otherwise it will lead to more conflicts and problems.
