Do we need to please everybody around us?

Hello Friends,

For some extent we all are people pleasers,And that's okay wanting to be approved of and loved is natural.When you try to please everyone that's when it becomes a problem.It's making you ill.because you want everyone to like/love you.You can't take disapproval So pleasing everyone seems to be the answer.the safe way to guard yourself against conflicts and confrontation in relationships,whether it's family,friends or work.This when you fail to speak up whats in you mind and fail to be the real you.

Do you agree with me that in the process to please everyone around us we are losing our real self?

It's not necessary to please everybody for F**** Reasons. They didn't live your life. Just move on!

You're right,But some people want us to please them ,If we didn't do so ,They will try to make us bad in front of other people,
Do you have any solution to manage these kind of people?

You're right when you say we all are pleasers. But it depends on who we please. We don't wait for approval from a person we hate or feel disgusted. Those people whom we please are the ones whom we care for.
So If you really think what they say is right and if YOU REALLY WANT TO CHANGE, you can change yourself. It's always about you. You have a choice in everything, regardless of what others say as "I had no choice". Just make your decision and move on.

And keep this in mind. If the person is not someone whom you don't see in your life in the next 5 years, don't even worry about them for even 5 minutes. People always say things. Choose whom you gonna listen to.
