Hello Friends,
Five days before I accidentally sprained my ankle:(.I consulted my doctor and as per his prescription I am taking the medicine.
But still I couldn't walk properly.It's making me frustrated day by day:mad:. I want to get a quick recovery from it.
Do you guys know any better home remedy for sprained ankle?
