How to deal with criticism positively?

Hello Friends,

In our day to day life whatever we do,someone will judge us for it.
There will always be haters and difficult people who give us negative criticism for one reason or another.


Do guys know how to handle the criticism positively?

Criticism is good for our growth. But some criticisms are just a negative feedbacks from negative people. So we should learn to analyse and choose which should be taken and which should be ignored

You're right,Some negative people give us negative feedbacks to make us down and hurt,As you said we should ignore them,But it's very difficult to do so.Do you have any tricks to ignore these negative comments mentally?
