Do you ever heard about chair yoga?

Today I watched a video on youtube about 5 minutes yoga exercises at office desk.
I think it's really helpful for working people and the IT students.

I heard chair yoga .
really useful and less time yoga .these more suitable for chair based workers .
some of people have shied away from yoga because they feel intimidated by the postures but surprised to learn all the benefits of chair yoga .
Improved Strength
Improved flexibility
Improved preconception.
Reduce stress & improved metal clarity .
