There seems to be many hidden gender stereotypes and inequality in our Sri Lankan Tamil cinema industry.
Which is one of the main reason for less female technicians in the field.
How can we solve gender inequality in the cine industry?
How can we encourage passionate women to choose their desire entertainment industry?
Cinema industry do have gender equality and equity comparing to any other industries in Sri Lanka... The thing is we have to find girls who are passionate about films. There are lack of women technicians in Sri Lanka which is not the fault of gender opression in the country. But surely there are many struggles that women have to overcome than a man.Quote:
