What are the reasons, why Failure is the first step to Success !!

Life consist of a series of large & small failures usually rounded with success .
Life is a Process of continuous learning through your mistakes ,it is dynamic Process in which you can't get it right until you get it wrong in the beginning .
These means failure is actually a delay ,a detour on the road to successes.


So Guys ,would like share the reason why failure is the first step to success .
