Exam offences and what should be the funishments?

Hi all,
During last years in Sri Lanka you may have heard lots of news related to exam offences. Why students tend to do these type of thing? That is sometimes because of some weak points of our educational system. Most of the time everything is depend on the exam results. It directly cause for students to involve in unauthorized activities in the exam hall. Are they really want to get punished? Who are the responsible parties? Invite all of you to make this a worth discussion...🙂🙂
