How to deal with people who guilt trip you?

Hello Friends,

Sometimes we have to deal with the people who tries to manipulate us in to doing something by using guilt trips on us.
They play with our conscience to make us feel guilty for not doing what they want us to do.


Do you have any tips to deal with people who guilt trip us?

Better you say them that, if they ask anything directly you will do your best, than asking it in a manipulative way. Once you do it in a guilt, they will use it each time to trap you.

Yeah,You're right,Straight forward is the best option,But some times people make us guilt trip because they want to hurt us,In this situation what can we do?
