To be a Super Boss, Qualities by Google!!!

In 2002 google made a research on to have a company with out managers, the result was catastrophic failure. So that in 2008, google started a project call "Project Oxygen" a 10 year project to find out the important of managers. As a result these are some characteristics defined by google.
A boss,

• Is a good coach
• Empowers the team
• Create an inclusive team environment
• Is productive and results oriented
• Is a good communicater
• Supports Career Development
• Has a clear vision and strategy for the team
• Collaborates within the company
• Ia a strong Decision maker

Really what are the qualities are most important to be a Super Boss than these??
