How do you deal with people who talk behind your back?

Hello Guys!

It feels pretty awful to have people talk about you behind your back. Since this kind of gossip may be subtle, it’s often hard to pinpoint the source. I believe this is one of the greatest betrayal ever!

Could you guys tell me how you guys would deal with this kind of people?

Just ignore them that's the best way to deal with them.
