Steps to not get addicted to technology?

We all face it. The addiction to technology is rising day by day. We get so involved in it that we forget that we have a life outside of Facebook and our latest iPhone.

CAN YOU GUYS TELL ME SOME STEPS TO GET RID OF TECHNOLOGY ADDICTION?

Have a usage plan to limit your time spent with devices. We spend a lot of hours texting someone, so it is better to make a call and finish it in a few minutes.

The best way to overcome social media or technology addiction is to schedule our time and limit our usage if we don't have time schedule we spend more time on technology than we intend to.
