Why do people think night shift works aren't good for women?

Hi guys,

Even after major debates on feminism and women empowerment, still most of the people, both men and women oppose when a women wants to do a night shift works.
They blame the security system and some even say that women have to take care of their children.

What could be the actual reasons behind this? Share your views.

Some People think it's not safe for the women to work at night,But there is a ridiculous myth in our society that women who work at the night are characterless that's why most of the parents didn't allow their daughter to work at night.

sexual harassments at the workplace! I believe, which means women will get manipulated in their workplaces.

Sexual harassment can happen on the day time as well. So it's ridiculous to say that people only get harassed in the night. Our society should change it's mindset.

I recently read that working at night can cause serious health issue as it's disturb our natural sleeping time,it can collapse our body and mind balance.
