The best way to handle an angry customer is to talk to them kindly no matter how far they are going!

When a customer is angry, first thing you should remain calm and listen to them carefully then apologize to them for the inconvenience, Finally give them a right solution. I think this a is the right way to handle a angry customers. Most importantly we should take it anything personal when a customer talking angrily.
