Is depending on internet for everything is good?

Everyone access internet by sitting in the home, they do all their works done online. For eg, banking, food ordering, shopping, bookings, etc.
Internet not only for the purpose of doing works they are also using for studies through learning websites. If we need to know some information we just look at the internet for the answer.

But is it a good practice to depend on the internet for everything?

Good topic discuss with us ,
Internet everything haven't good .Now Mostly people using internet browsing so they do anything based on sit.
Even they are make some harmful effects on our bodies,
Increasing the body weight .
Eye diseases .
Interrupted the communication .
They spent extra money on online purchasing ,Especially delivery charge .

No, actually it gives a lot of negative impacts on your health and also as human being we should have the ability to think as we are more intelligent than other living beings. So we must use the maximum benefit of it and we should interact more with other people to maintaining good relationships other than using online methods.
So its not good to depend on the internet for everything. Just use it to make everything easy don't fully depend on it.

True, most of the diesesas we are earning by continuous internet usage.. more than physical problems there are so many psychological problems too. What are you the ways in which we can control our selves from depending fully in internet??

Well it is not always better to depend on it, because you'll get a million doubts inside you and you'll be in a point where you couldn't ask questions and clear them which can only be done by people.

These are the ways controlling our internet Usage .

Make a new schedule .
Use external stoppers .
Set priorities .
Abstain from the any particular problem apps ,sites and habits.
Use reminder cards .

Most of the time I clear my doubts through internet but When I want solution to handle my life problems then I will seek advice from real people, So In my point of view it's not good to depend internet for everything.
