Facebook and Instagram to provide control over the time we spend on their platforms

Facebook and Instagram have announced about their new time tracking feature which will help the users to engage in those platforms in a healthy way.
It is told that their main objective is to, reduce the health problems and to make the time spent on those sites in a productive and positive way.
The users can set time limit on the platform usage and it'll send a notification to the user.

Currently this feature is available only for U.S users and the global roll out will be in the coming weeks.
