Is it a right practice to judge each and every one you meet?

Hi guys,

I have come across some friends who keep judging almost everyone they meet.They say that it is like an analysis and it has become a habit for them,which they feel difficult to come out of.They are actually addicted to it!
In my POV this kind of behaviour could make us stressful and also could affect the good relationship between them.

Do you think that it's a right practice to judge everyone and every steps they do? Share your views

Definitely, It's not a right practice to judge everyone and analyze their every steps. first of all it will ruin our own peace of mind.
