Why do people feel the urge to kiss strangers?

Hello Guys!

Humans are among the only species who do it, and the others who do it( animals) don't do it the same way we do it! I have this doubt why some people have this serious urge to kiss someone they really don't know if they are not even in a relationship what makes a point even?

CAN YOU GUYS TELL ME WHY PEOPLE HAVE THE URGE TO KISS STRANGERS?

Well I don't have this urge but when I Google Why do we get the urge to kiss someone? I found that the burst of the oxytocin hormone in the boday also known as "love hormone" is the reason people get the urge to kiss someone. Hope you this will answer your doubt.
