The Greatest Meteors Shower of the Year!!!

When I was a kid I wake up early morning to see meteor shower called "Stone Rain" but I never seen that after I grow up I found they said lies to wake me up early. The astronomers predicts that the natural light show comes around this year in August 11,12,13 will show up around Northern Hemisphere.

Is that ever happens before in Sri Lanka ? Is anyone have an experience of watching it ever before?

Haha your parents used a nice trick to wake you up early. I am not sure but I heard that in Sri Lanka meteor shower occurs and it called as Geminids, also it occurs same dates between 4-17 December.
